At Saheli, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
